EHPV – Eesti HIV-positiivsete võrgustik thanks everyone who helped choose the topics for our new study!

In just one week (22–28 July 2025), 73 people responded to our survey — 43% identified as cisgender, 41% as non-binary, and 16% as transgender. 75% of respondents were Estonians.

The most popular topics were:
🏥Access to social and medical services
(68% for trans and non-binary people, 32% for LGBTQ+ migrants/refugees)
👨‍👩‍👧LGBTQ+ families and children – 52%
❤️‍🩹 LGBTQ+ health (including mental health, addictions, self-acceptance, etc.) – 42%

Additional topics suggested by participants included:
older LGBTQ+ people, economic well-being, workplace discrimination, family creation and the impact of legal frameworks on daily life, and LGBTQ+ youth in substitute care.
