Educational Trainings on Chemsex and PrEP in Estonia оrganized by the Estonian Network of People Living with HIV
From December 5 to 7, trainings on chemsex and pre-exposure HIV prophylaxis (PrEP) were held in Tallinn, Narva, and Jõhvi. The invited expert from Germany, Dr. Gennadii Ustinov, provided participants with up-to-date information on reducing risks associated with psychoactive substance use and effective prevention methods.
Participants included medical professionals, social workers, activists, representatives of vulnerable groups, and individuals interested in gaining additional knowledge. They learned about how PrEP works, methods of supporting vulnerable communities, solutions to issues related to chemsex, and ways to combat stigma. The trainings helped strengthen professional competencies and contributed to creating a safer and more informed society.
Estonian Network of People Living HIV sincerely thank all participants for their active involvement and contribution to the success of these trainings!
